Seller’s Closing Costs
- Commission – 6% of sales price
- Mortgage Payoff – Subject to loan balance
- Doc Stamp Tax – $7.00 per $1,000
- Taxes Prorated – Current year taxes are prorated at closing
- Title Abstract – $175 – $250
- Municipal Lien and Tax Search – $250 – $450
- Document Preparation – $250 – $350
- Deed and/or Recording Fees – $10.00 for first page; $8.50 for each additional page
